About the role
Casino Cosmos is hiring slot attendants for our venue in Tsaghkadzor, operated by Optimum Management. The floor runs 200 machines. The role covers the machine floor day to day: handling payouts and hand-pays, clearing faults and minor jams, moving guests between machines, explaining how a game works, and calling technical or security when something is beyond a quick fix. You keep an eye on machine performance and report anything irregular to the shift supervisor.
Requirements
Requirements: minimum 1 year on a slot floor, or solid technical aptitude with a willingness to learn. Comfortable on your feet through a full shift, accurate with cash and vouchers, and calm with guests who are having a bad run. Working languages on the floor are Russian and English
What we offer
Shifts are day and night on rotation, scheduled two weeks in advance. Relocating employees receive a housing allowance and transport to and from the venue.
