Casino Cosmos is hiring reception staff for our venue in Tsaghkadzor, operated by Optimum Management. You are the first person every guest meets. The role covers guest registration and ID checks, issuing and managing player cards, answering questions about the venue, handling phone and booking enquiries, and coordinating with the floor team on VIP arrivals.
Requisiti
Requirements: fluent Russian and English, confident computer skills, presentable appearance, and the composure to stay polite and precise when the floor is busy. Previous experience in a casino, hotel or restaurant front desk is an advantage but not required — we train.
Cosa offriamo
Shifts are day and night on rotation, scheduled two weeks in advance. Relocating employees receive a housing allowance and transport to and from the venue.
